Leaders - Congregational Meeting Notices
A Congregational Meeting was called to be held at 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 3rd to discuss whether or not the parish co-ministers should refrain from signing marriage licenses until all couples, heterosexual and non-heterosexual, may be legally married.
A quorum for the meeting was not established; therefore, not vote was taken. However, members views were expressed, alternative proposals were offered, and this issue will be taken under consideration by the parish co-ministers and the Board of Trustees.

Decision:
The Parish Co-Ministers now request all persons who wish to marry submit an "Marriage Privilege Fee" of $35.00 in addition to their usual honoraria. This fee will be sent to an organization in the State of Ohio that works to defeat the "Defense of Marriage Act," and/or make it possible for non-heterosexual couples to enjoy the full rights of marriage.
