Children and Youth - Policies and Forms
West Shore wants to create an environment for children and youth that is safe and accountable. We do this in several ways. The Board of Trustees has passed a Safe Congregation Policy, and its procedures can be viewed by clicking here. We ask parents/guardians to fill out a Registration & Medical Form each year for each child enrolled in our Religious Education Program, regardless of the time of year your child was enrolled. You can now register your child on-line, or you can download a PDF of this form by clicking here. Fill out the form and return it to either Kathy Strawser, Director of Lifespan Faith Development (LFD) or Cathy Ross, Programs Assistant.
