The Path to Leadership
is designed to prepare a select group of lay leaders for service as lay religious leaders in West Shore’s ministries.
The Path to Leadership Program is a series of five core courses, offered throughout the year. They include coursework on Leading Small Groups, Conflict Management & Resolution, Appreciative Inquiry, and Policy Governance. The purpose of this Path is to develop skills to become an effective leader both inside and outside the church. Those who have completed the course will have their names submitted to the Nominating Committee for future leadership positions.
